Reporting a Vending (Drink or
Snack) Problem
Please use the form below to describe
any concern you may have about a particular machine.
In the 'Description of problem'
field, include the item you were attempting to purchase or the
nature of the issue you are reporting.
NOTE:
If you received a wrong product or an out-dated product is
vended, it must be returned to our office before a refund
will be processed. Please list the correct location as to
where this problem occurred.
IMPORTANT: Your refund will be
credited to your Carolina
Cash account by the end of the next business day.
