HANDLING CASHIER
ERRORS
Cashiers sometimes make mistakes! If you think a cashier made an
error, visit that service point and have them write up a log sheet.
CarolinaCard can only process errors upon receipt of a request completed
by the department providing the service. All you have to do is fill out
a few lines on the log sheet! It is routed to us and your account
is updated within 2-3 business days.
