Faculty and Staff, Deposits to Carolina Cash can now be payroll deducted.

The CarolinaCard Office is happy to announce that faculty and staff can now deposit money to their Carolina Cash account through payroll deduction. Simply come by our office located in the Russell House Underground M-F from 8:30 – 5:00, call our office at 777-1708, or request an enrollment form through our email: carolinacard@sc.edu.

A $10 per pay period minimum is required and you may change or cancel your deduction at any time.

The minimum deposit on VIP has been changed to $10.00 from $30.00

The CarolinaCash account may be used at ALL campus locations including all Dining facilities. Look for new places to use your CarolinaCard each semester.

Students can make deposits to their CarolinaCash accounts through VIP year round. Once on VIP, go to the financial tab. On-line deposits will be posted to your account every half an hour from 7am - 11pm, 7 days a week. Putting money on your CarolinaCard is fast and easy. Also new this semester, use your CarolinaCash at the University Post Office and Quick Copy in the Russell House. CarolinaCard - your all-in-one passport to campus life and services at Carolina!
